Driven by their passion for superior craftsmanship and unwavering attention to detail and timelines, owners Clay and Kurt set out to create a better construction company. Bringing along with them some of the best talent in the industry, they founded Mountaincreek Developments with the mission to be a 100% customer centric company, operating with esteemed integrity.

At Mountaincreek Developments, what we do, what we believe in and what we’re passionate about is coming up with creative solutions for space. We feel that the only way to craft a beautiful space is to care about the people living in it. And when it comes to your home, you shouldn’t have to settle for anything less.

We offer many services to our clients and homeowners.  From basement developments, complete renovations and additions to detached garages and custom home builds.  We’ve also successfully completed a number of insurance claims.     At the end of the day, our top priority is the complete servicing and satisfaction of you, our valued client.                                                                                                  

Who Are We?

Having been in the Calgary residential and commercial building and renovation industry for over 15 years, Kurt has acquired a wealth of knowledge both in the classroom and in practice. He currently holds a Professional Site Manager designation from PHBI. Kurt has built in excess of 300 production, custom and duplex homes, along with a multitude of complex renovations, both residential and commercial. Kurt lives with his wife and 3 boys in South East Calgary, in a home they all built together, as a family.

Clay has been in the Calgary and area construction industry for over 12 years.  The past 6 of which has been spent as the Owner/Operator of a successful framing company. He’s had hands-on involvement in many projects, including several city infills, large custom renovations (including structural changes and adding multiple floors) and spearheading multiple exterior renovation projects. Clay lives in Airdrie with his wife and 2 girls. In his spare time he enjoys playing the drums, going camping and playing hockey.
